HeadsUpGuys is a program of The University of British Columbia, Canada with an international reach, averaging over 65,000 visits per month from the US, UK and Canada.
Through our website resource, we provide tips, tools, information about professional services, and inspirational stories of recovery.
Many visitors to HeadsUpGuys are looking for tangible ways to connect with professional support – to help meet this demand, we’ve developed a new Therapist Directory.

Our Therapist Directory welcomes therapists of all genders and backgrounds, as we seek to create a diverse listing of therapists. It lists qualified therapists by location so visitors can easily find someone near them. Our visitors are primarily men between 18-55 years old.

Requirements: Minimum Master’s level education (in North America) or Level 4 credentials (in the UK) in a relevant discipline (e.g., clinical or counselling psychology, therapeutic counselling, social work). Membership, licensure, and accreditation with an appropriate governing body or professional organization where applicable, is also required.
