Peace of Mind is an innovative multi-disciplinary therapy centre comprised of a therapist team to collaboratively assist clients in healing and developing skills that will lead to healthier, happier lives.
Our professionals include: Certified Canadian Counsellors (CCC), Registered Social Work therapists (RSW), supervised Master’s and PhD Candidates (and practicum students), Psychological Associates (Independent Practice), and Registered Psychologists. This means that we can offer a range of therapy rates based on therapist experience and professional registration.
All of our therapists are trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and many have additional training in advanced therapeutic interventions (e.g., ACT, EMDR).
