Narelle Hudson
Narelle Hudson
As a counsellor, I believe people are ultimately the experts on their own lives. I see my role as one to walk alongside clients & support them by: hearing their story, offering suggestions or new information & validating their strengths & resilience. My aim is to help clients feel heard, understood, validated and supported to be the best version of themselves possible. I understand one counselling model does not fit all as everyone is unique. I am a person-centred therapist; although I often incorporate other modalities, depending on client needs, which may include CBT, SFT, ACT, MI or EFT. I predominantly work in the areas of: grief and loss, suicide and bereavement, relationships, mental health and addictions.
