I hold deep respect for men who courageously take the pivotal step toward their emotional growth. Therapy is a proactive choice that represents your commitment to your own wellness. My primary goal here is to help you navigate the complexity of your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, patterns and equip you with tools to thrive in your relationship, workplace, and all your varied roles.
Our sessions will be tailored to meet your unique needs and goals as I draw strategies from a range of therapeutic frameworks like CBT, DBT, EFT, and IFS. In the past, I have worked with individuals dealing with concerns like depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-criticism, perfectionism, burnout, family discord, relationship intricacies, and end of relationships.

Perhaps you have experienced trauma, feel lost trying to understand your mind, and want to reduce the impact of painful thoughts and feelings. I can help you to find calm and peace in your life, and create a rich, full and meaningful life. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Brainspotting Therapist who specialized in treating people with Anxiety, Depression and Trauma. My approach to therapy is evidence-based, trauma informed, culturally sensitive and involves creating a safe and a non-judgemental space, and, collaboratively, coming up with a plan that would suit you. Jules Hollett
Jules Hollett
I am deeply committed to creating a healing space where individuals can explore and navigate life’s challenges. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally-sensitive framework, recognizing the impact of diverse identities on mental health. Working collaboratively with both adults and teens, I offer support for a range of issues, from anxiety and depression, to Tourette’s and OCD, to the aftermath of trauma.
I believe that therapy is a space in which we work collaboratively to create a reparative relationship that nurtures and fosters insight, growth, safety, and resilience — a space in which one’s own innate internal reservoir of resources can be given the space and time to guide the way towards healing.
