I help men thrive by providing a holistic and modern approach to health and well-being that goes far beyond the gym. I offer one-on-one virtual sessions to help men develop their resources and create personalized plans to navigate and thrive through challenges and beyond.
Utilizing my experience as a psychotherapist, health coach, meditation teacher, and being a student of my own life, my services are part therapy, part coaching, part mentorship and part community.
