In my therapy practice, I deeply understand the frustration and confusion that come with phrases like “I am so frustrated! What is going on in my mind?” If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone. My commitment is to create a safe, empathetic environment where your thoughts and feelings are not just heard, but deeply understood and validated.
Together, we will navigate your inner world, easing the overwhelming thoughts that can feel isolating and confining. In our sessions, whether in-person or online, we will explore your unique challenges in a warm, inviting atmosphere, gently guiding you towards a journey of personal growth and emotional resilience. Your struggles are real, and you matter immensely. If you’re ready to begin this transformative path, reach out to me. Our collaborative work will focus on creating a space where your voice leads the way, where we share the goal of your well-being and inner peace.

I am deeply committed to creating a healing space where individuals can explore and navigate life’s challenges. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally-sensitive framework, recognizing the impact of diverse identities on mental health. Working collaboratively with both adults and teens, I offer support for a range of issues, from anxiety and depression, to Tourette’s and OCD, to the aftermath of trauma.
I believe that therapy is a space in which we work collaboratively to create a reparative relationship that nurtures and fosters insight, growth, safety, and resilience — a space in which one’s own innate internal reservoir of resources can be given the space and time to guide the way towards healing.

Men don’t cry! The societal stigma has made it difficult for many men to even consider therapy as an option. It is time to break the stereotype. My main goal is to provide a non-judgmental, empathic and supportive environment to assist my clients. I offer you new sets of skills and help you to explore new perspectives, not only to overcome your problems but also to increase your resilience and create more meaning and happiness in your life. I have an eclectic and multicultural approach and value the active role my clients can play in creating positive changes in their lives and give importance to their background, life experiences, culture and personal value system.

Seeking counseling can be a challenging process and it’s important to work with a therapist that is the right fit for you. I thrive in working with individuals feeling overwhelmed, wanting relief, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. I primarily focus on mood, trauma and stress-related disorders such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity, self-esteem, and the effects of childhood abuse or neglect. During sessions, I often draw from CBT, mindfulness, attachment and neuroscience. The decision to look for a counselor often comes at a time of crisis. I understand and accept that it is my job to build your trust and create a space for you to process experiences, challenge barriers, and reclaim your story.
